If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

You agree to pay a single charge in the amount identified for the AdvisorCheck+ Report(s) package you select, plus sales tax where applicable, according to your card issuer agreement. This AdvisorCheck+ Report(s) Package is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

You acknowledge that you may only use AdvisorCheck+ Reports for your personal use. Commercial use, resale or redistribution of AdvisorCheck+ Reports is strictly prohibited. "Commercial Use" is defined as use by persons engaged in the business of researching financial advisors, or any other business purpose as determined by AdvisorCheck.

ANY COMMERCIAL USE OF ADVISORCHECK+ REPORTS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND ANY SUSPECTED COMMERCIAL USE WILL LEAD TO THE SUSPENSION OF YOUR ACCOUNT, UNTIL YOU PROVIDE SUFFICIENT PROOF THAT YOUR USE IS PURELY PERSONAL. FAILURE TO DO SO PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT WILL RESULT IN THE DEACTIVATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT, WITHOUT REFUND, AND MAY RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION BY ADVISORCHECK. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMPOSE, AND YOU AGREE TO PAY TO ADVISORCHECK, AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE IN AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE NUMBER OF ADVISORCHECK+ REPORTS THAT ADVISORCHECK DEEMS WERE ACCESSED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES MULTIPLIED BY THE THEN CURRENT PRICE OF THE ADVISORCHECK+ REPORT PACKAGE.

Systematic retrieval of AdvisorCheck+ Reports to create or compile, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, a collection, compilation, database or directory without the express written permission of AdvisorCheck. is strictly prohibited.

ADVISORCHECK+ REPORTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT WILL ADVISORCHECK’S ADVISORCHECK+ REPORTS, BE LIABLE IN CONTRACT, IN TORT (INCLUDING FOR ITS OWN NEGLIGENCE) OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY (INCLUDING STRICT LIABILITY) FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, LOSS OF USE, OR SIMILAR ECONOMIC LOSS, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF ADVISORCHECK+ REPORTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL ADVISORCHECK’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING ITS OWN NEGLIGENCE) OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY (INCLUDING STRICT LIABILITY) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR OBTAINING ANY ADVISORCHECK+ REPORTS OR OTHER INFORMATION FROM www.AdvisorCheck.com.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AdvisorCheck and its affiliates and its and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, costs, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the AdvisorCheck+ Reports.

This Customer Agreement is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the AdvisorCheck.com website, including without limitation, the terms regarding dispute resolution, mandatory binding arbitration and class action waiver, as set forth therein.

AdvisorCheck will provide a refund upon request and at the sole discretion of AdvisorCheck. Find out more details about Cancellation Rights and Return and Refund Policy below.

The terms of this Customer Agreement apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. If it is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction that any provision of this Customer Agreement is not valid for any reason, we may replace that provision with a similar provision that is enforceable under applicable law. All other provisions will remain valid and enforceable as written.

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions
For the purposes of this Purchase Policy:

• Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase digital product from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to AdvisorCheck, accessible from https://www.advisorcheck.com
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

You are entitled to cancel your AdvisorCheck+ order before the final report is made available without giving any reason for doing so.

To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform us of Your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of Your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 30 days from the day of the notice of cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

The digital nature of our product does not allow for returns. However, if You are not 100% satisfied with our product, please contact us at the below email. Please include the reason(s) for Your dissatisfaction and We will do our best to address Your concerns. If a refund is determined to be appropriate - at the sole discretion of AdvisorCheck - You will receive a refund no later than 30 days from the determination date of the refund. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
